Our profile-review process
2. Record source context
We retain source records when a firm submits an update or when editors review material information. A source link is evidence for a claim; it is not a substitute for editorial review.
3. Review corrections
Correction requests are routed to an editorial queue. Editors evaluate the claimed change, supporting material, and profile context before marking a request resolved.
4. Show review status carefully
A profile can show a directory record review, editorial review, or verified source review. The status describes the directory’s review process only; it does not rate a lawyer’s quality or predict an outcome.
What each profile status means

Limits of verification
Verification is focused on the specific source or profile detail reviewed. It does not validate every statement on a law-firm website, verify client reviews, authenticate court outcomes, or predict legal results. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Submit an update with a source
Firms can use the correction form to submit updated contact details, a source URL, and an attestation of authority. The request will be reviewed before any review status is changed.
